So far, Management has said that they have the Option to file for Arbitration, and not that they WILL go if the Permit is not granted before May 28th.
KRY has been very patient with Venezuela, too patient. That is why our share price has tanked. It's time for action. Venezuelan authorities should be formally notified that the limit of KRY patience runs out on May 28th, and that KRY will file for Arbitration if no Permit has been issued before expiry of the Notification.
