I spoke with RM there is virtually no news. His frustration was obvious in our conversation. He is hopeful if arbitration is filed it will spark some type of concentration on our issue by the Gov't. Personally I thought that would occur with depressed oil prices and no employment in the region, but apparently an arbitration filing is a greater potential attention getter.

Arbitration will take about three years from start to finish. The arbitration is with a three Judge panel one picked by Crystallex one by Vens and one jointly selected. Crystallex will slim its payroll if arbitration is filed. While Richard cannot say for sure if they will file for arbitration when they are first able to in May- it certainly sounded like that is the sensible plan.

He said Crystallex has not met with Rusoro nor are they looking for a meeting or offer from Rusoro.
