Has it occurred to anyone that the Arbitration judges may issue an "either, or," decision. That is, Pay KRY XXX number of dollars, OR, issue the Permit?

And why would KRY want to delay filing for Arbitration for 4 or 5 more months past the Notification expiry date of May 28th hoping for a decision from Venezuela authorities?

If no Permit received prior to the Annual General Meeting in late June, and no Arbitration filed, I can project a very, very tense and unhappy atmosphere at the Meeting.
