I agree no_bear. This is much better than I was hoping for.

I'm more than prepared to go to arbitration should it be needed. To me the only way Kry is in breach with the bond holders is if VZ officially takes LC and gives/sells it to someone else.

I'm guessing that Kry produced a written document from CVG for the court case with the bond holders. This document is a big hammer in the arbitration case since it shows we have not breached our agreement. This also should give Kry bargaining power with whom ever is trying to take LC away from Kry.
