I think what it means is that we still haven't had an answer to our request for the permit from MinAmb. While this doesn't sound great it really is moot since we all know that the reasons for the denial have now been addressed and accepted by MinAmb. They still haven't issued a statement.

We know that there will be mining/construction at LC from everything Hugo/Sanz has said. We are compliant with MinAmb waiting for the permit to be issued.
