if you believe what rusoro and ven have said in the past (or even if you dont) does'nt this staggering drop in share price and lack of a permit all stem from rusoros partnership with ven (and thier subsequent statements/PR's) to mine LC/LB?

is'nt that tortious interference?

we dont have to wait for any reason to sue rusoro that i can see...there has to be a civil or criminal case here against rusoro/agapov/hambro somewhere.

maybe i'm just leaning toward litigation rather than mining these days but i'm awfully sick of getting pi&&ed on and told it's raining...
