i would consider suing rusoro more of an "investment"....also, it might make for some interesting "discovery" for the hugo trial....

as far as dilution....it's less than 1%...if that kept us going thru arbitration i say do it....my guess is that "financial advisor" probably means "money raiser/deal maker"...not some kid with a sales book for aflac..more of a guy that says "hey, i've got billions under my control, give me .30 warrants and i'll line up the cash to get the bondholders off your back...which in turn will make my .30 warrants worth more"..

i think the bondholder issue is depressing the share price considerably...a 1% dilution might increase the PPS by ??%....i like it.
