guy's, i have to admit i'm getting lost in this bondholder issue.

if we go to court in may, wont we have to address paying the bondholders then anyway?

so either way, i would think the market has priced in the fact that the bondholders would have to be re-paid. soon.

the best case scenario would be a permit/buyout, but we all know that.

i'm not sure how kry could go to court without signaling a "change in circumstances" to the bondholders...so, if it is actually kry's intention to take this to icsid in a month anyway, then why fight the bondholders.

i would hope there is a "negotiation" going on with the bondholders regarding more favorable terms of payback which would help kry finance icsid...otherwise, i would suspect we will get a settlement from ven but it will be reduced...imo
