It's such a cockeyed way of operating down there I am convinced that rreality to Chavez is whatever happens to be in his mind at the time when he lays out his words of wisdom. He is great in his own mind and I honestly think he feels like a great leader in the eyes of those he hangs with. Same can be said for the others as well I suppose.

I really doubt that the things we assume he is being awakened to are as big a deal to him as we may think they are. The only reason I say that is he has basically wrecked what he intended to fix. Some basic fundamental operating guidelines that are simple enough even to the common man, Hugo seems to toss aside.
