I was going to post the same, think Chavez is finding out he is not trusted, going from country to country not only on his last trip but many in the last two years signing deals at what I can only speculate, very discounted terms in a weak oil environment and given his past actions on foreign investors and heavy handed greed, negotiation has to be one sided since Chavez options are limited because he has alienated most of the major players and the few that's left are in need of help themselves , see Russia, those that need energy and have surplus cash China, India and Japan are known for hard negotiation and basement bargain offers, Chavez has to deal with a rude awaking that oil prices over $100. per Bbl was an abnormally and could not be sustained, judging from his recent change, just sign deal with Columbia, he may be waking up to reality
