I really don't know Midas, it does say that they want to use the public and private sector and that this will all be submitted to Chavez. You would think KRY and/or GRZ would be included in all of these discussions somewhere because they are a source of revenue for the CVG and the CVG needs money.

I do know one thing is that KRY can begin immediately so I like the below statement:

"He explained that this report does not limit a diagnosis of the operational,
labor and financial holding company CVG, "but also include possible solutions
that can be implemented without delay."
