Regarding RM comments about the completion of the water treatment plant and medical center and the uncertainty of who will receive them due to budgeting and operating constraints of the local and government agencies. Wouldnt that just be our luck.We fulfill our social respondsibilities projects and no one wants them lol. "I dont want it,you take it,no senoir,i no want it,you keep it" If everything works as it appears to work in Ven. ,the 2 projects will sit empty,non operating for years and years until they fall down or are converted to low cost housing.

It wont matter to us because we will have fullfilled our end of the contract and now its time for the Vens to pay up,one way or the other.
