I can synpathize with R.M., but. IMO, I view this as a missed opportunity to issue a Press Release that corrects such misinformation by stating the facts. This would also raise the public profile of KRY.

But, more important, in view of your statement,

how are replies from RM to be handled when at the bottom of each email is the "disclaimer" (warning?) which first appeared around July 2008???
