I don't get it ...

GRZ says the gold sale law would affect miners negatively. Sasa's article says Rusoro may not consider expansion of Choco because of the new law ... yet KRY says everything is ok because we can get a currency liscence.

So who isn't telling the truth? Are GRZ and RML posturing to get a better deal or is KRY not telling the truth?
