If KRY has applied for and received an UPDATED EXPORT LICENSE (Page 21, bottom of 2007 Annual Report),

will this reduce our loss due to the VZ.Central Bank Exchange Rate.

If we have an updated Export License, will this allow us to sell on the Open Market for US Dollars, BYPASSING the Vz Central Bank?
