ok, i can see that... the way it strikes me now is that the end of may is an arbitration OPTION......which is open for 60 days

I wasn't aware of that difference. This is becoming surreal.

I think the thing that F's most of us up is that it makes absolutely no sense for Venezuela to deny the permit or go to arbitration. It just could be that they are that stupid. Evidence the new mining law. Unless this is a back door method of "negotiation"....it defies belief unless their goal is to flush their economy down the toilet as quickly as possible.
