We need MORE TRANSPARENCY backed up with FORTHCOMING action to force Hugo to take an interest in our plight with las Cristinas Project.

Maybe if KRY, with still no Permit, files for Arbitration ASAP.it will grab Hugo's attention that kry means business so that he postpones his June trip to Russia and finally gets down to specifics with KRY.
