no 60 day extension to File for Arbitration/ from "reliable source"

I asked R.M. whether KRY had granted Venezuela a 60 day extension before KRY would FILE for ARBITRATION.

As I read his response, there has been no extension granted to Venezuela.

So, IMO, the OPTION simply means KRY may or may not file for arbitration, but they have the OPTION to do so, starting on the 29th May. I don't believe from what I have read that any extension has been granted to Venezuela.

I hope someone else will enquire, concerning the purported extension, and will report back to this Board.
