Vlada--I think you misunderstood someones comments. The 60 day extention talked about refers to the fact that the bondholders action has been put off til the end of July. Thus we have approx. 60 days from May 29th until the bondholder action would start up again. I think someone expressed their opinion that the bondholders would expect us to file for arbitration by that time. However, the person making that statement was simply expressing his opinion on how he felt future events would unfold. Hope this helps
