I just had another thought about the comment that there was some info that could not be released, reason being it would negatively affect the SP.
What if KRY KNEW that they are not going to get the permit, and they have been 'set up' to negotiate with a 'Russian' company, and or some other major. That is definetly feasible, and would account for 'not being able to release certain information. Whether or not this is plausible under the rules of engagement for shareholders, I don't know.
It would explain why we have not heard anything, when we know something is being worked on. It also could explain why it hasn't happened yet. Whatever company may be involved in that negotiating, would be obvously playing hardball to try and get the best deal. KRY would be saying we will wait for arbitration unless you give us a fair price. Thus the need for more time to finalize a deal? Just more speculation..... :)
