This is word for word from the protective order under the Confidentiality Agreement, I don't have a link to it:

"Crystallex intends to deliver certain affidavids which it claims contains highly confidential information pertaining to its business which, if made known to the public, will cause irreparable harm to it."

I don't know why I get rocks thrown at me for asking a legit question as to what may be behind this. Does it really bother some that it may not be good?
