One additional point. It was stated many times before by Ven officials that those concessions that are in effect and in good standing will be let to expire in thier normal fashion/agreement. Grz had intent to develop and mine this deposit so it is hard to justify cancelling thier concession on grounds of inactivity, especially when the mining law that is to dictate this isn't even enacted yet.
