If they proceed, how long would it take for the Court to reach a decision. Just adds another layer and plays into Hugo's stalling tactics.

Good point Foam...If I were at the helm I would file for International Arbitration the day after filing for a ruling by their Kangaroo Supreme Court. We cross it off the list (anticipating Hugo's stalling tactic) and get in line for our day in a REAL court at the same time.

Just our way of saying "F" You! to these creeps..
