My understanding is they could use the current feasibility study. That is if Crystallex provided it to the new company. I believe it is considered and asset.

My understanding is Crystallex choose to do a new feasibility study instead of using the existing one. Probabably a mistake in hindsight. They could have been mining by now. Also the old agreement didnt require a Environment Permit, or at least not the one we are trying to get now. Managment was trying to do the up and up thing and be the company of the future inside of V. Instead the government was given the change to play around with us while it figured out what it wanted to do.

If you have been in this for 12 years I feel for you. You have had your ups but most certainly some downs. What was the share price 12 years ago when you entered?
