CJR, unfortunately, for us to get the same compensation/treatment as a Russian company that we'd be entitled to under Article III of the Canada-Venezuela BIT, Venezuela would have to actually nationalize then compensate a Russian company at market value to establish that precedent, and I doubt they'd do that.
