This is in the back of my mind as well. Fung seemed to indicate that they have never had a problem raising funds so maybe they can't bleed us to death.

But it does not mean that they will not try.

I was of the mindset that they should file arb this week. It appears that something may be happening, so maybe filing right now is not the best course of action. But if we get more of the same, arb needs to happen sooner than later...
