EZ....Why do you think Barrick or GG would involve themselves with KRY? If we get the permit, we won't need anyone. If we don't, it will not be a Western country that will. Are you thinking in terms of coming in to 'save' KRY if we go to arbitration? I doubt very much that any major would connect themselves to KRY through arbitration, having $$$ tied up for who knows how long....especially if as you say, we REALLY piss Cahavez off. He's not a person of power to piss off, if one has bussiness to do with VZ.

Think about this........the new Venrusco Bank will be jointly funded, 2 billion each. That makes the 4 billion that was announced as the initial amount the bank will start with. Probably VZ's 2 Billion will come from some of the billions borrowed from China ( which is covered by oil ). Then Venrusco Bank lends 2 billion or so to the new Russian company that will partner with VZ to develope LC. Then the new company will buy out KRY, and the new joint venture will make payments ( which will be deferred until production begins ) to Banko Venrusco, using gold that they produce.

That basically has the Chinese and the Russians backing this joint venture, although only the Russians ( owning halve the bank ) will get their money back from gold production. The Chinese from oil.

So all that's left to do is reach a deal for what KRY will get. Whio knows, maybe it will be a cash and stock deal.
