EZ....If KRY should get the permit, after years and years of sweat and work, and CHAVEZ, why in gods name would they want to take on a partner and dilute their earnings big time?They won't need anyone.

As far as the Russians being full of BS...well they are successful in many ways, they are very astute in business, whether or not you like their way of doing business. Do you not think that they see Chavez as a Big Bufoon, and are very aware of how they do their business with him. They HAVE set up a new bank, and they both have said that there will be 4 billion in it by the end of August. Yeh, I suppose it might not happen, but remember that Russia is the partner of choice, and that it is a Russian bank that is VZ's partner in this new bank, not the Russian government. There are some very wealthy Russian business men, wouldn't you say? I would say they know what they are doing. They also would love to be the ones that control that world class deposit, and know that VZ is not about to screw with them. There's just is no way that Chavez is going to give a permit to a western venture, if he has not given it to KRY, the company Chavez originally saw as the way to go, and who has done EVERYTHING asked of them, and more. KRY would have the permit by now if they were going to get it.

Why would Chavez and VZ borrow all this money from the Russians ( and Chinese), and say it was to develop the Gold, diamonds, and precious metals, and then give the permit to Crystallex, who they have been stalling for years? Can you really see that happening.

Every comment, announcement, and pr has centered on the Russians, pretty much.
