vannessa'a case is once again "pending/suspended" awaiting a replacement for the swiss guy (briner?) who resigned, briner had replaced veeder, who resigned...

it seems conoco and mobil's cases are moving at a lightning pace compared to vannessa's.....i wonder if it has to do with money?
