Robert Briner is a well known and talented arbitrator, but is over 79 and likely has health issues.

Anyone that would select an arbitrator that old should be shot (then sued for malpractice) -- these things take 3-5 years usually, and Vanessa may end up the longest case in ICSID history if their luck continues as it has in the past.
