Fung will arrange the financing needed to see us through arbitration if we need to go that route. I believe that a settlement is being worked out but won't happen till Kry secures the finances needed to see arbitration through to the end.

I don't think we will see a traditional PP. The are many forms of financing that can happen without any major shareholder dilution. Fung has enough connections and clout to secure the needed money.

I'm frustrated right now because of a lack of knowledge about what is really going on but I have chosen to put my faith in Fungs hands. I will ride this to either a giant profit or flaming tax loss.
