Barrick is trading around 40 bucks a share ballpark, so 300 million KRY shares = 20 million ABX shares (from their treasury) at a 15 to 1 swap. 20 million shares @ 40 bucks per is 800 million.... so.....

1.2 billion divided by 300 million KRY shares is $4.00 per share or a 1600% increase from where the shares are presently.

I think you missed the cash component of my scenario in your calculations.
