If a well capitalized major like a Barrick was able to pick up KRY at a bargain price, their philosophy could simply be to wait for Hugo to go away and the political landscape to change....OR....wait for the ISCID award. As far as Hugo not liking the fact that Barrick has connections with the Evile Bush family....I take that as a plus...a free stick in Hugo's eye while we separate him from his money in International Arbitration. I'm no lawyer, but my guess is that any cozy relationship between Barrick and Bush would not adversely affect the outcome of our International Arbitration case.
