Venezuela and countries in Africa to exploit gold and diamonds

Minister for Basic Industries and Mining, Rodolfo Sanz, announced that the National Executive will sign several agreements with African countries to establish joint ventures, through which programs made exploitation of gold, diamonds and processing of iron and other minerals . The conventions will be specified in the Second Summit Africa South America, which concludes today in Nueva Esparta.

"There are still a few paragraphs in which our teams just can not reach agreement", but "99 percent" of its content "is agreed," said Chavez.
