I can just see it....putting together all these 'letters of intent, both countries sitting down, talking, doing studies, trying to reach agreement on the final 1 %. Push comes to shove, every country is aware that Chavez will do as he pleases if, down the road, he gets 'inspired' by some vision. Hard to really get on board when Chavez doesn't respect process and honor.

We'll still be hearing this nonsense years down the line ( if Chavez is still with us ). His idealism is more important to him than really looking at the reality of doing something about it. Its kinda like he loves coming up with these 'brilliant' ideas, that then get too complicated for him to focus on, then he's off to the next 'brilliant' idea for the poor people. And on, and on, and onnnnnn.
