We have been advised that KRY is 'engaged in a process' however I haven't heard or seen anything yet that convinced me that any negotiations involve the Venezuelan Government. I would suggest to you that the process is one of due diligence and structuring of the JV. The JV is the only process that I can think of that avoids arbitration and allows Venezuela to award the permit to an acceptable entity. The new company, controlled by the new JV partner will allow for resolution. In my view a deal has been struck and is in the process of getting structured.
The average options strike price is CAD 2.00 so any resolution will be priced with that in mind. I'm not to concerned about the USD 25 cents each day. As sellers sell into the bid they pass their shares to stronger hands.
