Nice idea for Hugo, but irrelevant for us. Well, maybe not really nice since it will further hinder investments in VN (if that is even possible).

The BIT provides for continuing jurisdiction for 15 years AFTER cancellation of the treaty for contracts in force at the time of termination (BIT ARTICLE XVII, § 2).
