I think I would feel a little better about this if I knew for certain we weren't going bankrupt and that we could get funding if necessary to follow through with arbitration.

Are they in total desperation mode and "working on it" because there is absolutely no alternative as bankruptcy is looming, or are they "working on it" with the idea that we will file arbitration and recover something?

I have to be honest, RM's reponse that he "believes" that GRZ "indicated" that they had not me with senior VZ officials, while KRY has met and is "working diligently" with countless, nameless, officials really does nothing for me at this stage of the game.

Again -- not bashing -- I am in to the bitter end. But I think at this stage we should know for certain that we will go down fighting to the bitter end -- how about a statement that says

"We are working diligently with highlevel officials and, if that proves to be fruitless, we WILL file for arbitration. While no one can guarantee a favorable result in any legal proceeding, we do have the funds and the ability, like GRZ, to see it through to its conclusion."

That would make me feel a little better. Now, people who know more about this stuff than me, please tell me why an official statement like this or response in an email is not possible at this stage of the game?
