It does make one wonder what management is doing? This whole process has made them look very irresponsible to investors. Maybe the class action lawsuit towards Fung has merit of which we are paying for his defense. I assume. I don't see what is expected to happen that would have stopped them from going to arbitration. They are going to continue to pay for the MOC with very little money left. It feels like Fung is in the process and has been for months to save his own net worth from lawsuits. I don't think they are thinking about us at all. We are just a fly in the ointment.
