The is no reason not to file for arb right now. Managment has lost their mind or is purposesly heading us into bankrupcy.

I would bet money the bond is secured with the MOC. Meaning the noteholders could get the MOC for the bargin price of 100million.

Waiting only allows V time to figure out how to breaks this contract or run us out of money. A these gold prices and our current share price we would be a bargin if anybody wanted us.

I particularly like the line that said if the CVG does not fullfil its obligations to MIBAM, MIBAM could cancel its agreement with the CVG, and in turn cancel our contract.
