Other big companies who keep investors more informed are not dealing with a wild card like Chavez. Fung is not a rank amatuer...he is very very experienced.

We are talking about a humungus amount of money if this happens, so I'd much rather wait for this to play out, than file for arb, piss of Chavez, play into his game, lose LC, and then wait for 2-3 years, and then wait another 2-3 years hoping that we will see some of the Arbitration money
