Ianvestor65, I have to disagree with your statement that we should have filed 6 months ago, as we now won't have enough cash to see us through arbitration.

You are still making assumptions re cash availability. Fung has dealt with the cash situation for at least the next 4 months. Everyone was crying wolf, and Fung dealt with the cash situation easily. Why did no one see this solution? Goes to show that all the naysayers don't have the forsight they think they do.

Now you and others are saying that we should have filed for Arb. 6 months ago. Now we won't have any money for arb. . Another rather negative assertion without anything to back it up.....have you forgotten the rest of the equipment that can be sold? Sure, not enough for getting through Arbitration, but plenty to get us through till mid summer, IF we need it. And then there are his associates, who he has not tapped into. China surely wants this natural resource, to go along with EVERYTHING they could possibly need for a decade or two that they are making deals on. The situation, in my opinion is not without possibilities.

Lets not forget that if you think arbitration is the way to go, then you also must accept that.

1. we are looking at a minimum of 2 years for the process to conclude...more like 3.

2. Once that is done, and we get our expected award...you can bet that another 1-3 years will go by before there is ANY chance of recieving any $$$$$..

3. That means we are looking at a minimum (if we are extremely lucky) of 3 years, and up to 6 years, to see any payback from Arbitration.

4. What does KRY do in the meantime? What are our options in the meantime? Zip for those who have all or next to all of their cash in this play, and the same for KRY.

In my opinion, Fung, knowing all this, and knowing whatever the heck he knows with regards to the solution they are working on, keeps trying.

Meanwhile gold keeps going up, the incentive to get this worked out is higher, and we MAY have a resolution well before the 3-6 years for arbitration.

For me, and many others here, Arbitration is THE VERY LAST MOVE. We're not there yet.

In the next year or two, there could very well be a change in leadership. I doubt very much that the Democratic countries around VZ will accept a totalitarian state in their midst, as that seems to be the way Chavez is going.

One other thought.....maybe Chavez is not so subltely stashing away many millions of dollars, for the time he knows will come? Better he leave with $100 mil now, than bleed his people of billions.

I can hope, can't I?
