Kryto, we can play a lot of what if here so I've got one. Combine KRY.to and KRY both days and we are talking 40M plus shares. Granted it probably wasn't all one entity but what if someone who is getting close to making a bid and obviously knows what that price will be. What would be their return? Would they sell this upon announcement and come up with some easy cash for whatever use in this bid?

By my calculations if there was over 5% of the company purchased in those two days that we will find out in 10 business days because a 13G filing is required. I put that at about Dec 1 (for Mondays volume) if you use business days and take out Thanksgiving holiday. Will something be announced prior to this filing? Don't know but we will know who it is or who they went through for the purchases.
