This is not a pump and dump, IMO. A classic pump and dump is when a guy named Gary from Seattle phones you up and says "have I got a stock for you"!!! Blah, blah, blah, blah this is the real winner!! But I can't tell you the symbol right now I'll phone you back in a few days and send you some info. The next call: "get ready for it, got your money all lined up?" week2 he phones me at home at 6:30 pm and tells me the symbol and how many should I mark you down for...50K shares? And put your order in now before the market opens tomorrow morning. That's when the flags go off for me. I do some quick DD on the symbol:UPNT and come to realize I won't touch this one.

2 days of vigorous trading and then the sell off...it went from .48 to .69 and back to now .20 I feel much better owning KRY shares!
