I guess the real question now would be if KRY loses is the money really due immediately? The option of an appeal is mentioned by RM so how long does that take another year? If so it would end up being a waste of time and money for everyone concerned because in another year the money is due anyways.

The action up until now has taken almost 1 year to the T. Dec 9 2008 was when KRY pr'd the action in the first place.
