Chavez is always talking about the U.S. sending assassins and planning for war. He is a joke and not worth the CIA's time or the military effort.

Now if he pisses off the Russians or the Chinese like he has pissed off the rest of the world, he will be taking a dirt nap quicker than he can say George Bush.

Westerners are much easier going and slower to respond. When (not if) he treats the Russians or Chinese like he has the West he will not have time to regret his actions. Of course long before that his own people will take him out.

Chavez is the absolute picture of "power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely". He should keep a helicopter on standby as many of the past Argentinian Presidents had to do.
