I couldn't agree more. People have gone crazy over the whole Silver Dragon announcement trying to figure out how it ties into Kry and Fung.

I don't think it has anything to do with Kry. Kry is at the stage where I can't imagine much else needs to be done other than making a deal or announcing a deal had been made.

I also don't think the noteholders are privy to anything not already out in public domain. The confidential information was for the judge IMHO. In fact the following line " Mr. Hope, the affiant of affidavits sworn on behalf of the Noteholders, made clear in his cross-examination that the request for line by line expenditures is nothing more than a fishing expedition into irrelevant hypothetical matters." implies he is just throwing darts looking for an edge into what is happening.

Hopefully we get all our questions answered sooner than later.
