my understanding is:
kry hired a company to negotiate a settlement with the noteholders
fung is a director at said company.
my pessimistic side says "if we have an expert negotiator like fung, why do we need to hire a company to negotiate a settlement?", or even better "if we have to hire a company to negotiate on kry's behalf, why do we need fung?"
dont misunderstand me. i believe if fung pulls off a successful deal with kry he should be well compensated....however, in my few years with kry, fung (as well as others) have been compensated continually in many ways......to date, shareholders hav'nt shared in the rewards. that's where the frustration comes in....
