EZ, as you stated to Don, you have no evidence to back up that Silver Dragon comment. To me it appears as though Fung is lining up his next paycheck since the KRY saga (and money) is coming to and end.

I will also add that our contract can be in good standing, but that doesn't mean that VZ has to do anything about it. They can delay and delay and there isn't a darn thing KRY can do about it but file for arbitration which opens up a whole new can of worms.
