midas, he has bought KRY on margin in the past at much higher levels. When the stock broke down through various levels (can't remember - 3 dollars maybe? 2 dollars?) he had to cover. Not having the dough to cover, his broker sold his stock. I think he still has 250 or 260 thousand shares or so... I'm not talking options/warrants etc.
